These shipping costs will be charged as standard. Additional charges may apply for special deliveries, such as bulky goods.
Deliveries of orders in Italy have an average of 4-5 working days with a maximum of 10 working days from the day after the order. Right of withdrawal within 14 working days from the day you receive the product. The return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, and the full amount of the products purchased will be refunded except for the shipping cost which will still be at the customer's expense. If an item was purchased with free shipping, the shipping amount will not be refunded or deducted from the refund amount. The products to be returned must be delivered to the courier within fifteen (15) working days from the date of their receipt. To proceed with the return you must contact us by email returns@lovemacollection.com or by phone in order to arrange the collection.
Our packaging
Our boxes are made of pure cardboard and can be easily disposed of together with paper in the separate waste collection. Glass containers are wrapped in bubble wrap to prevent breakage during transport.
Payment Options
Advance Bank Transfer
The invoice amount can be conveniently paid to our account at the end of the order. The package can be shipped only after the transfer has been credited to our bank.
All the data needed to make the advance payment will be sent via a confirmation email immediately after the order confirmation. Please note that it is very important to indicate the order number/code as the reason for payment, so that we can classify and assign the payment to the exact order. Once the payment has been received (depending on the bank, this can take up to 5 working days!), the order will be processed and can be shipped, depending on the availability of the products.

Paypal and Credit Card
If you want to pay with PayPal or credit card, at the end of the order process, you will be redirected to the PayPal site. Here you can log in with your PayPal account and confirm the payment.
In a few minutes, the payment will then be registered in our system, and the order can be processed. With Paypal payment, the invoice amount will be charged to your account immediately after the order confirmation
This also happens when not all products are in stock. The order may then be shipped depending on the availability of the warehouse.
We cover the Paypal transaction costs for this, there are no additional costs for the customer.
